I ordered flowers from out of state, so I chose this florist based on reviews of local places. They didn't disappoint! The arrangement was beautiful and just as pictured (which isn't always the case when you order online). However, the customer service was the absolute best part. They called when they weren't able to get in touch with the recipient and had questions about the address, then they worked with both of us to ensure she would be available to receive the flowers because it was too hot for them to sit out. They held them for an extra day and they still looked great on arrival! I really appreciated the extra bit of work and care they took for the flowers and the customer.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom’s birthday, the morning of, and within about 2 hours of the store opening, they had delivered them to her work. The flowers are so beautiful and look like the photo on their website. Living out of state, I’m always hesitant to buy flowers online; however, I will definitely be using Ruth & Doyle’s Florist again.

I would like to say that at this hardest of moments this flower shop came thru for my family and I. I'm not from the area but will make sure my arrangement gets to the funeral home. Karen was amazing for our first consultation and has been wonderful in answering our questions. Their pricing is reasonable and most importantly she listened to what we wanted. I look forward to seeing her creations in the coming months as time gets closer. Yes! We highly recommend going in to see the florist at Ruth and Doyle's. By the way their Christmas trees are something to see!!!! Edit... We received our flowers and were amazed how beautiful they were!!! So many thought they were real and talked about how beautiful they were being artificial!!! We are adding 2 pictures of flowers created by Karen. This is the florist to go see!!!

These ladies were an absolute pleasure. I hopped down here from the hospital after my mom had surgery to get her an arrangement, they didn’t have much in the fridge ready to go so she went back and hand made an arrangement for me on the spot. It was so beautiful and fit my mom perfectly I told her she loved pink roses. They delivered above and beyond I can’t thank them enough for their kindness hospitality and talent. It was a fair price for an amazing gift, and talkin with them really made this rough day so much better.

These ladies were amazing. I went in. They stopped what they were doing. And helped me and got me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this establishment. If you need flowers for any kind of holiday, they were very polite, very respectful.And they handled exactly what I needed.And it wasn't very long.Maybe twenty minutes, it took him to do what I needed em to do

I got flowers here por mi Reina and she loved em. This place has a great selection and they built the bouquet so elegantly. And they put em together pretty quick. The price was great for what I received. The flowers were full and thick. You could tell they were fresh and that they would last awhile.
